Cut the Spaghetti Squash in half
Place face down in a baking dish in a half an inch of water
Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes
Test at 45 minutes that a knife enters easily
Flip Squash and place uncovered back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to dry it a little more.
When it's cool enough to touch, scoop the seeds out with a spoon
Then use a fork to pull the spaghetti-like stands out
