Spanish Bread

A favorite Pinoy bread, Spanish bread is a sweet dough with a sweet filling made with margarine, sugar and flour and coated with breadcrumbs. The secret to making this delicious bread is to make sure that you properly enclose the filling so that they do not ooze out when you bake them. This bread goes well with any beverage for merienda.
