Spiced Rum Cake
Spiced Rum Cake 1 Spice Cake Mix 1 cup milk 1/3 cup oil 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup rum 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 4 eggs Preheat oven to 350* Blend all ingredients with a mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into a bundt pan sprayed with pan spray. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and invert onto a cake plate and cool completely. How to make the drizzle. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp melted butter. 1 tsp rum. Stir together until smooth and drizzle over the cake. Refrigerate and Enjoy!!
