STAND BY a 60-second deadpan short about Bruno and his dog Bo, who turn every waiting moment into a yoga practice. "Stay until the end. Bo has something to say." Built scene by scene, nine beats, nine poses, nine pieces of waiting. A short film isn't written in the prompt. It's written before the prompt. The script does the work. The tool just renders it. And holding visual consistency across scenes, tools, and renders is the real challenge - not generating one good shot. Add the credits burned and the patience it takes, and you really start to see it. Hats off to the AI creators already pulling off full films at high level quality.
