The best pushup for beginners is the wall push up. The reason that it is the best pushup for beginners is because it allows anyone to complete a pushup in a plank position by shifting most of the weight to the lower body making the exercise easier. To scale the intensity of the exercise, just scoot your feet back, eventually placing your hands on an elevated surface.
