Seeing a police car in West Utica isn't strange I dropped my car off at Cole Muffler for service when I came back to pick it up I was talking to the mechanic,s when they abruptly stopped talking and went in back
They came out and told me they saw a homeless person camped next to their dumpster on camera What was there was a bike rotted food and tool,s for stealing scrap the yellow panel is aluminum the bldg next door has the same color panels. l just checked the video at 2 minutes you,ll see a large kitchen knife on seat of the bicycle. l went back to Cole Muffler to tell them about the knife we looked for him he was gone.
