This is the fifth video in a series I have done to help beginner & intermediate astrophotographers avoid common pitfalls and to achieve a better result.
In this video we take a stacked and preprocessed image from a linear state to a stretched state, and follow with postprocessing using all free tools. I have tried to avoid normal techniques and to share unique ones in an effort to provide more wrenches for your toolbox.
In this video we employ elements of Siril, GIMP, and Starnett++ to achieve a successful outcome.
