But in order to do that, we need to have a clear understanding of their current reading abilities and where they need to improve. That's where data collection comes in! We'll talk about the differences between qualitative versus quantitative data, and how they can be used to give us a more comprehensive picture of our students' reading abilities. We'll also discuss the importance of face-to-face conferencing with our students to gain a deeper understanding of their individual needs and learning styles.
