Sun Glare [Tutorial]

Hey all! Time for another tutorial and this time, sun glare! This one is not the same as the previous one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_tzh0fCp70 but it does follow a similar approach, though more complex, imo, because we are stylizing it.
