This video is from a 420 mile day ride on a loop route from the Boise area to Banks, Lowman, and Stanley, Idaho. From Stanley I went over the Galena Summit to the Ketchum/Sun Valley area. Such fantastic scenery, and some great riding! Finally through Hailey and Bellevue. The original route home through Fairfield was scrapped when I encountered a 7 mile stretch of road construction featuring one lane, fresh oil, and loose gravel… yup, the dreaded chip sealers were at it again. So I turned around and went back the long way, through Shoshone, to catch I-84 near Twin Falls. A long day, but well worth it. Think I’ll do it again in the Spring!
