She grew up studying demonology and various mythologies from around the world, helping out on hunts. Daisy grew up around Dean and Sam Winchester, also joining them on hunts after she turned 18 years old. When Castiel appears, he reveals that Daisy is one of the few special people who can see an angel's true form without going blind, but she got overwhelmed by the archangel's power. When Jack Kline, the half-angel, is born, he latches onto Daisy as a mother-figure while he sees Castiel, Dean and Sam as his father-figures.
