T-Bar Row

The T-Bar row has many of the benefits discussed in the bent-over row, but it provides you with some extra stability due to one end of the Olympic bar being stabilised. The variation in grip will change some of the focus on muscle fibre recruitment but essentially you are training the same muscles. As with the bent-over row check for pick up and dropping form.
