T-Boxing: Automated Robotic Island for Ingot Packaging T-Boxing is an advanced robotic cell specifically engineered for the automated packaging of ingots into boxes. This modular unit is seamlessly integrable within the T-Line — a fully automated ingot production line — enabling continuous processing from grains to the final packaged ingot. The system features a high-performance anthropomorphic robot that coordinates and executes all handling and transfer operations between the following integrated stations: - ingot conveyor belt; - box loading station; - packaging station, equipped with ingot stacking unit and label dispenser; - output conveyor belt. All operations are managed through an intuitive HMI, allowing for easy configuration, real-time monitoring, and efficient control of the packaging cycle.
