Sergei Dragunov, the silent…assassin? soldier? mercenary? Who knows. Note that all of the combo conversions involving iWS+4 can be substituted for D+2, Ws+4, b+12 S! . I just prefer to do the iWS+4 conversion because it looks cooler. Similarly all the combo enders involving f+3~df~CC 41 can be substituted for 312, both enders offer an optimal wall carry knockback, so which one you use just depends on the situation.
