“Tactical breathing,” also known as square or box breathing is a technique used to calm yourself down. It has a 4 second rotation of breathing in, holding your breath, breathing out, holding your breath. Repeat for as many times as you need to calm down. ゆっくりで深い呼吸を意識して行うことで、脈拍は落ち着きます。 具体的には、4秒ごとに息を吸う、止める、吐く、止めるのを行います。 この呼吸法は、“tactical breathing”または“box breathing”と呼ばれています。
