Silent but loud Frustration and anger abound Thoughts crash as lightning 'round my bed They ignite, blaze, then fade But still whisper, like ghosts on the wind Refusing to swirl away They twist and turn Tie up in knots I try to untangle They just tighten up Frustration builds, the anger grows Internal confusion that only I know These thoughts, won't set me free I’m trapped in a silence that's Consuming me That's consuming me These thoughts don’t make sense So scrambled and conflicted But it’s all I hear I’m left to wonder on the cause Why's this happening to me?
