The AirCare Solutions Difference

We stumbled upon a rave review on a Facebook Group about an AC Cleaning Service provider that we’re familiar with... In making this video, there was no agenda to harm the reputation of another service provider – hence why we haven’t, and will never, disclose their identity publicly. Our sole intention is to provide a real world genuine example of the profound differences between HVAC services delivered by a team of skilled workers vs. that of unskilled workers. We don’t view any other HVAC contractor as our ‘competition’ – our only competitor is our very own selves, as we strive every day to raise the bar and continuously improve and refine our services. We imagine a world where all other HVAC contractors are doing the work as thoroughly as we do – because that is a world that has integrity, because that’s what clients are paying for and assuming that they’re getting. When we saw the Before & After photos that the reviewer had posted, it was readily apparent that their ACs were still heavily laden with all manner of mold, algae, and other microbial contaminants. We also noted that it was readily apparent that the drainage pans of the ACs had not been removed for proper cleaning (otherwise clearly there would be Before photos of the drainage pans as well – as those make for just as dramatic photos as the moldy fan barrels do). Over the past 3+ years, we’ve frequently been contacted to clean the ACs of previous clients of this service provider, so even if there was an absence of Before & After photos in the reviewers FB post, we still knew that the drainage pans had not been removed for proper cleaning. We simply could not sit by and do nothing for two primary reasons: (1) We wish to raise awareness that there’s a proper methodology and process that should be adhered to in order to clean an AC system thoroughly – this not only requires the technical know-how, but it also requires the use of suitable operating equipment. (2) We couldn’t bear the thought of yet another reviewer wrongly believing that they have clean ACs when in fact they were unacceptably dirty. So we reached out to the reviewer and we offered to properly clean those same two ACs free of charge on Sunday 30th April (just 3 days after they had been ‘cleaned’ by the other service provider) and informed them of our intention to produce this video. We also stressed to the client that we wish for them to keep this experience strictly confidential, and asked them not to remove their review on Facebook. The other service provider is well loved in the community, delivers excellent customer service, and we trust that this will serve as a catalyst to upgrade their operating equipment, as well as to take steps to provide more thorough cleaning.
