The Conservatory

The Conservatory is a visual novel that tells the story of the people who visit Inocencio, the practice instructor. He is a calm, extremely sincere, yet very considerate man. After he stumbled upon, cleaned, and restored a small Shinto shrine dedicated to the goddess Kitsune, she swore him her loyalty and blessed him with a gift that would stay with him for the rest of his life. A blessing has to be a good thing, right? At least that’s what he thought—until he discovered what it means to “channel” when touching or being touched. Kitsune has to teach him the art of “channeling” because he ends up seeing things he wishes he hadn’t… because witnessing certain intimate details will shape his relationships and might get him mixed up in some trouble, but Kitsune gives him a very clear instruction: “Don’t touch anyone you don’t know—you have no idea how horrible some minds can be.”
