Innovation is not a luxury or an occasional fashion accessory. It's about survival and growth. Whatever kind of organization, we look at - from start-up to well-established player, from public sector institution to, third sector agency - they all need to think about innovation. If we don't change what we offer the world, and the ways in which we create and deliver those offerings we may simply not be around for long.
