The Kettlebell Arm Bar
The KB arm bar is a highly effective exercise for enhancing shoulder girdle stability and mobility. It also improves thoracic spine mobility while stretching the lats and pecs. The KAB has excellent carryover to exercises like the Overhead Press. Our protocol: 2x 15 rotations each direction retracted, 15 rotations each direction extended, 15 second pec stretch.
