The Observer, the fundamental element that connects us to what we know about the world. THE observer, not AN observer.
The question is whether we are part of the world (an observer) or whether the world is part of us (the observer). If the latter, then each of us, individually, is the observer. The repercussions would be a new approach to the notion of objectivity, shaking traditional notions of knowledge and certainty.
