Threads 11 - ThreadStatic and Other Evils

C# contains two constructs, the ThreadStatic attribute and the AsyncLocal class that, while not exactly evil, are tricky to understand and can have some unintended, and frankly bad, side effects. Still, ThreadStatic and AsyncLocal exist for a reason and you are likely to run into them. In this video, I explain these constructs, what problem they are trying to solve, and I propose what I think is a simpler, cleaner and safer alternative.
