ThreeDeeCity Vibe Coding - Day 2

You can play with the work in progress version over at https://threedeecity.happymonkey.ai/ tho I still have a snag list of issues to solve. A city currently needs roads, zones, with power, and water located near (power can be connected with powerlines) We now have light R1, C1, I1 medium R2,C2,I2, and heavy zones R3,C3,I3 with basic demand driven RCI (folks want jobs, which then drives a need for more housing). The basics of public transportation is also including buses and trains. Power options include coal or windpower (with a power bar - blue is good, orange is stressed, and red is not enough power), the water pump - the only water supply is in the power menu there. A lazy loading music player is also included that will play tracks whilst you play from folks over on Pixabay - activate by clicking the speaker icon at the top of the hud. Time pausing and accellaration works (you can't build whilst paused) We have a start screen where you can name your city and choose difficulty too. This is phase 3 of 6 to improve it to be a fully featured playable game (I ran out of time today and decided to call it a day here).
