Two to three years ago, Toby stopped smiling. His mum Gemma told us that out of everything that was what she missed the most.
This week, we've not only seen this beautiful smile, but we have also been treated to his gorgeous giggle!
Gemma told us “Toby has started smiling and laughing again and when he wakes in the morning I tickle him just to check that he is still doing it. We don’t know how long it will last.”
