Total Gym - BETTER BACK HACK
While going through my "Pull Day" workout, it occurred to me that there was something that I was doing/utilizing that is worth sharing with all of my subscribers; A "Back Hack" to add a whole lot of extra versatility and life to your existing back workout. I'm making a list of various other "hacks" that I want to share in a dedicated video that will come later, but I wanted to give this one its own spotlight. Give it a try and see what you think. You just might fall in love with it, like I did. Obviously, safety is paramount. Make sure that you are paying attention to what it is that you are doing at all times, but especially when trying something new that you are not familiar with.
