This video explains the automated quantitative analysis of the Phantech PVC phantom using the Imalytics Preclinical software. First, %ID/ml calibration of the PET is performed. Then, automated localization and analysis of the phantom is shown. Finally, it describes how to deal with with partial volume effects and recovery coefficient calibration.
