You have to learn this move..especially if your a beginner with twin hoops. Knowing this move will help learning the front and back waist wraps click easier. Please listen to every point I make in this video. Go back and review because it's a tuff move and you may miss something the first time around. I use this to connect almost everything, so it's a great transition move. Plus it's gorgeous to look at! Remember your wrists don't usually move in this way, so it will take practice before it's comfortable. Good luck!
