Ube Twisted Bread

200g (22 tbsp) bread flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg yolk (large size)
1 & 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Yeast Mixture:
80ml milk (lukewarm)
40ml water (lukewarm)
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
Filling:
12 tbsp ube halaya / ube jam
Egg Wash:
1 tsp egg yolk
1 tsp water
!80℃ electric oven
160℃ gas oven
Bake for 15 minutes
