Who hates cardio? Because I certainly do! What's better than lifting and getting cardio at the same time!? This efficient and effective workout incorporates cardio and strength training so that you can get the most out of your time! The focus with this workout is also stamina - stamina is not about going balls to wall the entire workout. It's about maintaining the same pace throughout the entire workout from start to finish. So, you want to be training in zone 3, which means you want to be a little uncomfortable, but not completely uncomfortable and able to sustain throughout the duration of the entire workout. At-Home Option - Find Below! Here's the Workout: Beginners - 30 seconds each movement with 30 seconds of rest each circuit. Intermediate to Advanced - 40 seconds each movement with 20 seconds of rest each circuit. Also depends on how much time you have at the gym!
