🔹Three upper body exercises
🔹Ten reps for each one and all repeated three times
🔹Swop sides and repeat
🔹Guided routine
🔹Smooth movement
🔹Keeps abs engaged / avoid arching lower back
🔹If you feel pain stop
🔹You don't have to use resistance
🔹If you have lymphoedema - wear compression garments
🔹If you are at risk of a hernia wear a support belt
🔹If you have PICC line in reduce resistance on that side
