US800 is the cutting centre designed for large section beams, making it the ideal solution for carpentry and timber frame construction. Thanks to electronically controlled 5 axis technology, it performs straight, tilting and compound cuts with maximum precision. It guarantees high processing speed and excellent finished product quality, reducing labour and maximising productivity. US800 can process beams of any length with cross sections from 120×45 mm up to 290×280 mm, or 840×250 mm through table shift and repeated cutting. Beam movement is handled by motorised rubber wheels with pneumatically tilting upper pressers, ensuring stability and accuracy. LATEST GENERATION CONTROL ARCHITECTURE. The US800 features a BECKHOFF industrial control system with a 15.6” touch screen and a renewed 3D graphical interface. Native .BTL (10.4) import eliminates external software, while simplified macros and intelligent logic streamline programming and prevent input errors. Clear diagnostics, fast start up and remote support ensure a smooth and reliable workflow. SAFETY FIRST.
