This is the third video in the Solving DAEs Supplement to SCoRE, a Self-Study Course on Reaction Engineering (https://buffalobadger.github.io/SCoRE/). SCoRE is based on the online book, “Reaction Engineering Basics” (https://buffalobadger.github.io/RE_Basics/).
The DAEs encountered in SCoRE can be solved using an ATE solver and an IVODE solver in combination. This video shows how to use Matlab to solve the set of DAEs from the example introduced in the first video.
