Using the Scale Tool to Grade a Pattern - V13 Feature

The Scale tool already has an option called Scale Grading. Assuming a pattern is already graded, the grading amount is scaled by the specified scale factors in X and Y. In V13, we have added a new feature where different scale factors can be applied to the grading amount for each size. This feature has been enhanced further to actually grade a pattern using varying scale factors per size.
