Be sure to address this to the appropriate audience: an investor; a lender; or a potential business partner. Remember, reading a script will be comprehensive but less compelling to an investor. Speaking off the cuff may not cover the bases and sound disorganized.
Create some structure for your presentation including an introduction, supporting information, and a strong conclusion. Think in terms of what an investor is most interested in. What would be most important to a lender? What would a potential partner want want to hear?
The introduction should be directed to the audience you are pitching this to and set the tone for the rest of the presentation.
