This video explains how to resolve a red cassette in the VITEK 2 Software.
Steps include:
1.Log into the VITEK 2 Web application
2. Navigate to Cassette view
3. Click the Edit button
4. Click OK to save the cassette
5. Can also Delete a red cassette if need be
