The clock comes from the system time on the computer. With the different settings within this plugin, you can add variables such as dates, days and months. Once you drop this function onto any font container it will change it into a clock. In the System Time editor their is a box labeled format. This format box is where you can change variables and you'll see it reflected in the render window.
