I wrote this to add to my jogging routine. It’s the first 5 minutes of my morning walks or jogs, filled with positive affirmations and a reminder that I already took the first step toward a better version of me today. Some days, growth starts with one choice, one prayer, one step, and one reminder that I can keep my commitments to myself. This is my way of beginning the day grounded, focused, and moving forward.
