This project has required patience. In 2014 a fire burned a significant area within the Chase Caribou herd range. Working with the Ministry of FLNRO&RD, and Tsay Keh Dene Nation, we deployed a lichen restoration trial. Now, 7 years later we have our first true results and they are promising. The project was not without its challenges in 2021 as more fires raged in that area, including directly in the trial plots! Thanks for watching!!!
