While pressure canning may be challenging to do as Pressure Canners are difficult to buy locally, doing WATER BATH CANNING is a food preservation/prepping skill that can be done by anyone in the Philippines! 🙂
Demoing here the Water Bath canning method using some homemade guava jam that we cooked at home the other week.
Kindly note that water bath canning only applies to foods that have high acidity. The guava jam has been infused with DAYAP, from the tree in our carport which is just a few feet away from where this video was shot.
