Weber's Model 4050 Label Printer Applicator

We are expanding our label printer applicator product line to include the global version of the Model 4050 tamp-blow print-apply labeling system. Model 4050 was based on a version created by Weber Germany and engineered to be a modular variable-height labeling system designed as a flagship printer applicator. Standard features of the Weber Model 4050 include the following: • Modular based design for reduced downtime and servicing • 7” color display that allows easy access to all parameters • Motorized label unwinder for reduced wear on the print engine • Modulated vacuum that reduces compressed air consumption • Available in various tamp lengths and pad sizes • Compatible with Zebra and SATO print engines • Variable Height detection • Capable of handling print speeds up to 18ips • One-to-one media consumption to reduce downtime and eliminating partial changeovers
