I am doing Weightlifting routine for Boxing. Boxers and Karate people do this in there training they do it to for outer strength of weight lifting that's what weight lifting is outer strength it builds the outer body faster I what I do is to stay moving staying active in my training this helps with work in everything you do plus it's good arm workout you can do just by using dumbbells I like using hand lifting weights than machines Machines are good to have but free weights are the best they make you work harder for the muscle that you are working on. Where the machines don't that's why you only see me use dumbbells in my workouts. I don't go to a real commercial gym either it saves money that way to I have my own gym most people call it the hyper bollic time chamber off dragon ball z or the Bat cave that's what my friends call it. Over the years I just saved for the things I wanted for my gym and just got it. In the future I might get more free hand lifting weights I need to ad to my collection on more dumbbells but for right now I just use on what I have. They are just 40lbs each on dumbbells I got them for Christmas one year they work fine I do 10 sets of 20 reps that's 200 reps most people care bout form I don't I just lift to get a good pump on who cares bout form. Just have fun and work out that's the key of staying and shape listening to good music while your working out to helps.
