In this video you will learn what Ballistic Training is all about. This is a sub-category of explosive power training and the purpose here is the maximize the acceleration phase of every lift and completely dispose of any deceleration. For instance, a traditional back squat can be regarded as non-ballistic while a back squat jump is ballistic.
