These printed PMMA denture prototypes seriously blew my mind 🤯. It looked straight out of the future… and then—how does it even become a denture? Well, the answer is simple: it doesn’t.
Think of these as a wax rim and try-in all in one. You can make adjustments, scan it into the patient’s case, and tweak the design as needed. This workflow makes 2–3 visit dentures possible.
Once the final denture is complete, these prototypes usually get tossed… or, like me, I keep them around to practice stain and glaze 🎨.
