I've spent the last year lean bulking and have made some decent progress in my 40's. However, lately it feels as though I am quicker to add bloat and fat than I was in the first 6 to 8 months. Seems like a good time for an 8 week mini-cut to bring the body weight back down to 175 before pushing hard for 12 to 16 weeks and then into a cut for my first masters men's physique show in May or June of 2026.
I'll be posting some check-ins and some progress videos throughout. Just a fat old man trying to make some gains.
