How to be saved from the death in hell that humans deserve: - Believe and put your trust in Jesus (That he is God and that he died and went to hell for three days for our sins - all the bad things we do - so that we can be saved. Believe that he resurrected from the dead and now lives in the spirit. Believe that he was 100% God and 100% human when he was on earth). - Repent of evil ways (stop doing all the bad things that us humans do: lying, cursing, using God's name in vain, stealing, laziness, dishonouring parents/elders, cheating, lacking integrity, being rude/disrespectful, getting drunk, drug abuse, gossiping, slandering, rage, jealousy, envy, discord, selfishness, pride, idolatry, witchcraft, sexual immorality, etc.). All these things lead to destruction on earth and the ultimate destruction. As followers of Christ, we are no longer slaves to these things anymore because Jesus died for them. If you struggle with these, ask the God who created you, for help. - Start praying and reading the bible (study and memorize). Have a personal relationship with him. Matthew 6:33 AMP says, "But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also." - Adopt the fruits of the spirit: Galatians 5:22-23 AMP says, "But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law." Once you accept Jesus, he can heal you from that mental health disorder, addiction, sleep paralysis, trauma, etc. He can if you allow him to by surrendering control to him, have faith, and trust that he can and that he will. Matthew 28:19-20 AMP: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age."
