My beagle does this thing in which he jumps up on me when I trying to get out of my chair. This was the second time this day. The first time he was awake and looking at me so it’s not like he was just startled each time. He will also do this sometimes when someone is stepping by him in the living room even while I’m on the floor playing with him.
