Foam Rolling and fascia work can be uncomfortable when you first start. It can be hard to justify why you would want to endure it if you don't understand the reasoning. So in this video I talk about the force of the muscles pulling on the body and how foam rolling helps release tight muscles and sticky fascia. The reason why it can hurt is that there are 10x more nerves in our fascia than in our skin. So fascia "FEELS". I promise if you make it a regular practice, it will get better.
