In this video I demonstrate that dough can bake into a lopsided loaf even if you have a perfect consistency of a dough ball. I weighed out the ingredients for three loaves of my white bread with added Italian seasoning. Later these will become breadcrumbs. All three sets of ingredients were weighed precisely the same.
At five minutes into kneading, all dough balls had the identical consistency. From that time I did not touch the dough.
