WII, Triangle & Reverse Warrior
In this video, I instruct Thipkaran in doing the warrior II, reverse warrior, and triangle poses. Together, we demonstrate how to properly execute these 3 awesome standing yoga poses. The warrior II (aka Virabhadrasana II) is a standing yoga pose that enhances strength, stability, and concentration. It helps to relieve backaches, and stimulates healthy digestion. Reverse Warrior (aka Viparita Virabhadrasana), on the other hand, is a standing yoga pose that stretches the waist and energizes the whole body. It helps increase blood flow throughout the body, which reduces fatigue and helps calm the mind. Finally, the triangle pose (aka Utthita Trikonasana) is a standing yoga pose that tones the legs, reduces stress, and increases stability. It is known to be therapeutic for anxiety, flat feet, infertility, osteoporosis, and even sciatica. These 3 yoga poses are just some of the standing yoga poses you can learn. Standing poses require both strength and flexibility.
