We demonstrate how you can use solubility parameters within Cranium and Synapse to analyze and select solvents. Both applications can estimate a chemical's solubility parameters given only the chemical's molecular structure. The Solubility Parameter Matching dialog can suggest good solvents and good antisolvents.
